I specialize in topics such as depression, anxiety, and self harm but i WILL take anything not on my "do not take" list. I DO however have lived personal experience in:
Addiction, anxiety, bullying, eating disorders, family stress, financial stress, grief, loneliness, panick attacks, recovery, low self-esteem, self harm, sleep issues, spirituality, student life, weight management, womens issues, and work stress.
I do not take topics on mens issues, breakups or sexual health
I am more likely to be online on Sundays or evenings
