...See more Hi everyone, I'm really not sure what to expect here. My name is Laura and I'm looking for people who are going through similar experiences to me. I have suffered with depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation and self harm since I was 12. I'm currently in the process of changing medications to find ones that work for me. I wanted to see if I could find others who I can talk to before I bite the bullet and try therapy. Sorry if this post is a bit weird, I really don't know what else to say.. Thank you for reading.
