...See more I'm very averse to telling people when they've offended me. The main reason for this is that my feelings are very easily hurt, and it would be ridiculous for me to bother people about it all the time. Unfortunately, after I continuously pretend everything is fine, or sometimes lie through my teeth to people, there comes a point when, out of nowhere, I erupt with rage. This can end with anything from saying brutally hostile things to straight-up face punching. I'll stress again, this can come after months to even a year or more of bottling emotions, and thus seem to emerge completely out of nowhere. I STILL think it would be excessive for me to say so every time I am offended, however. What should I do about this?
