Hello! I'm former counselor with experience in many areas, working promarily with adults and young adults, some with mental illness, substance abuse and misuse issues, disabilities, couples and family therapy, grief counseling, motivational therapy, mood management, and many other areas where life just happens.
A few years ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder and have been unable to work since, but my drive to help others in some capacity still exists. I am not here to psychoanalyze people, I just wish to be available to provide a sympathetic ear, to share coping strategies that I've been able to implement to assist with my own situation, or to assist in any other capacity that I'm able.
