...See more Hey there 👋🏻 I’m harmony and Im new to this community, I am still going through the process of recovery from anorexia, during the past few months because of so many different reasons and challenges I’ve been extremely stressed and overwhelmed which made it even more challenging for me to stay on the right path of recovery. But during the past few days I’ve been having even a harder time with sticking to the meal plan and having difficult thoughts. Yet I am realising that today has been even more of a challenge and I’m having a bad day. I am a bit nervous and scared that this can lead to another relapse if I’m not going to overcome it now and stop the restricting and go back to the the meal plan … 😓 I was wondering if there is someone here who is a listener or someone here that can be here with me and offer support and give me a bit of a push while I try to have my meal I just don’t want it end snowballing in to a relapse. snowball effect and lead to Source: theidioms.com [https://www.theidioms.com/snowball-effect/] anyone? Thanks🙏🏻 I want to share with you that to be honest I was kind of debating whether to share my the challenges and struggles on the community because of it being public which made me a bit worried and unsure. The reason I decided you join the community and share this post was because of you guys I am amazed by how many great people there are here! So I want to remind you all.. YOU ARE AMAZING! YOU ARE SO STRONG! BE DESRVE TO BE PROUD OF YOURSELF! REMEMBER, YOU CAN DO IT! I BELIEVE IN YOU! I really hope we can be there for one another when we need☺️
