Bio

I'm a survivor and after a life time of abuse starting with being raised in a narcissistic abusive household, just to get into a two year abusive marriage, to jump into a 13 year abusive relationship, I'm afraid to breathe, to move, to live. I say I'm not sound of mind or body and therefore I'm perfectly unsound. I'm believed to have borderline personality disorder along with many other co-occuring disorders. My diagnosis give me strength and I know they say don't live in your diagnosis or let it define you, but I am empowered by my diagnosis and it gives me the knowledge needed to say, this is who I am and this is why I act or feel these ways. I find peace in my knowing, where as before my behavior and thinking was illogical and frustrating to me, now it makes sense and this makes a huge difference in my compassion and understanding toward myself. I want to help others, especially those suffering from abuse. If I can help just one person get out faster then I did and realize their not alone or crazy, and they are so worth true love, then it will make all the pain I suffered and all the pain I've caused along the way worth it. For I know I was not the only victim, it takes two to play this game of life, and I'd be a fool to think I caused no damage and I'm just an innocent victim, for I am not.
