Hi! This is my first time as a listener at 7cups. I used to be a patient for a while and I benefited from other listeners' advice. While I still have a lot of self-issues to work with, I want to do my part and help other people struggling with mental disorders. I am mainly experienced when it comes to mood disorders (bipolar disorder and depression) and anxiety since I suffer from them. I'm also studying psychology (currently a senior student).
