Depressed and alone …. Not a good combination

...See more I’m very depressed and the loneliness is unbearably painful. My thoughts are dark and convincing. I might just need to go back to bed for a bit. I don’t know what to do. When I feel like this all “tools” go out the window. I forget or don’t care. I can’t stop crying. I had plans today. Not with anyone but to do things around my apartment. I just can’t stop crying. I hate this.

...See more I finally showered and washed my hair after 3+ days of not. I felt better afterwards, now I’m wiped out. How are basic daily tasks so tiring? It’s discouraging. Thankfully it’s Saturday, so I might try to nap later.
