...See more I’m not certain if it’s specific to me or not, but my OCD has always revolved around communicating too much and typically it’s via some form of typing. It’s a big reason I thought this app would help. I’ve noticed it’s very self sabotaging and detrimental. Does anyone else have something similar and any advice for it? My hope is here I can turn it into something positive.
