...See more I've been depressed for about 6 years. I would say now I am considerably better than I was in the past. I don't cry everyday anymore or do my bad habits. I got to therapy once a month and I'm on meds. While I am better, I find myself feeling nothing. I can't feel anything. If I do feel something, I feel tired or irritable. I can't seem to care about much anymore. It feels like I have a hole in my chest where my heart used to be. I am just this empty husk that moves around in life. I am going to start college soon, so I hope that will maybe help.
