So many health issues mentally and physically since I was kid. I am dealing with mentally pain all my life and prescription meds made me much worse. I am getting through benzodiazepine withdrawal now and there is nothing worse than this. I was active but now I can't do much. I have so much pain and tightness and more due to benzo wd. I loved travel. I loved food. I loved surfing. I loved all kinds activities. I just want to go back to who I am. This is not me, but I accept. Life is tough and not fair. All I can do is keep breathing and keep going.
