Hi there. You can call me Tony. I’m here if you need someone to talk to. I have first hand experience with anxiety, depression, autism, social anxiety, bullying, LGBTQ and loneliness and I'm a trans male. I’ve attended anxiety, depression, self esteem and stress relief courses on the NHS and charities in the UK and have great some advice and tips which you're welcome to ask about.
