...See more I have been experiencing my head tingling and am very uneasy most of the time since a panic attack at work 2 months ago. I was given Buspar which made it worse and caused me to go into a manic state. Since I have been on ativan which has helped remove me from the manic state but is only a crutch I can't continue with taking them as I have been on a low dose for a month already. I need to end my axiety and bodily sensations that manifest in waves. As it is causing issues with my career and marriage
