...See more I’m trying hard to avoid texting my ex but it’s so hard. I’m on the edge of texting and not texting him. I know he’s bad for me and I should stay away from him cause he’s no good news and brought me a lot of pain but that’s my reason. Emotions very strong… loneliness, grief after the breakup, sadness, missing him. How do I stay strong in not texting him? How to stay consistent until this hard time passes? Any ideas 😔?
