Happy and sad are perpetual feelings and we all are born with it, there is no escaping from it. When you feel sad, remember this feeling is a part of you, and only a small part of your life.
Its Okay. It's okay if your parents didn't understand you. That fight with your sibling disturbs you. Or your friend made a joke that hurt you. Remember, people you grow up with, they have your best interest, even when it seems twisted.
It's okay if you feel you've no one to tell a funny story to, to not have a friend over for a sleepover, to not have a 3 am bestie. Keep a journal, fill this emptiness with your creativity. Or sleep through your problems.
I get it if you're tired of being a nice friend who listens to everyone's problem. You don't owe your life to people you spend your time with. You can just be with yourself and listen to your favorite songs or watch the movie which is your guilty pleasure.
It's okay if they didn't text back. Try not to overthink things. Sometimes you got to be patient and give them space too. Even if it's your best friend or the person you like so much.
