I have an undergraduate degree in liberal arts, which includes some study in psychology. Additionally, I like reading self-help books and I've had many different therapists. I've struggled with chronic pain, obesity, dysthymia (chronic depression), situational depression, anxiety, social anxiety, and loneliness throughout my life and have made a lot of progress working through it all. Furthermore, I've overcome my alcohol addiction, which I had a lot earlier in life.
My hobbies include fitness, spending time with family and friends, reading, and watching TV and movies.
