So, I thought that I would start a post where everyone can share their tips and tricks that help them get through the work, stress, teachers, friends and other things that may come up in your day-to-day life. As everyone copes with things differently, this is merely an opportunity to share how you get/got through it all and potentially suggest how others can help themselves. Finally, the most important thing about this forum thread is to help and have fun.

Pea was literally fantastic, she listened to everything I had to say and didn't push me to discuss anything I didn't want to. I really appreciate everything she has told me in the short time that I have been talking to her and it is obvious that she genuinely cares about every little thing that you tell her. Thank you.
She was really helpful even though it was just a piece of advice. She talked me through my worries and made it clear that I dont have to be alone and said how bullies have nothing better to do and it really made me feel more comforted :)
