Hello there !


I am a psychology grad student . I am equipped with Team CBT active listening skills and can help anyone engaging in cognitive distortions or irrational thoughts. I am currently learning REBT skills too . I moved around a lot since I was a kid and being a nomad is all I've known my entire life. I have and still to this day struggle with anxiety, loneliness and depression so I know exactly how it feels to be in your shoes. I've had my share of breakups (who hasn't) and would love to help you navigate through these uneasy times.

Didn't try and explain why my anxiety was unwarranted, but assured me that it's not just me and all around was nice and friendly and used their own experiences to relate to mine while making sure the focus stayed on my issues.
