Thank you for taking the first step towards recovery :) It's not easy to accept that we need help. It's even more difficult to ask someone for help. So I'm really proud of you for crossing those hurdles <3 <3 I am an intern graduate and a verified listener at 7cups of tea :) I am battling against depression, self harm, breakups, infidelity, stress and other such related issues and I'm here to listen to your woes so feel free to message me and I will get back to you ASAP :) I have been through a lot and made a lot of mistakes. Due to this, I have learned to not judge and so our chats shall be judgement free :)

One of the best listeners I have come across at 7 Cups. She actually listens to you and gives you a feeling that you are really being heard by a fellow human who cares. I was so stressed and going insane about something when she came along and made me think about it in a very rational way. Very professional, empathetic and caring person.
