...See more Hello, This is my first time posting and I am a lit scared. I just wanted to say I was happy with myself since yesterday after more than 2 weeks in my apartment, I was able to go out where the public is and run some errands without feeling stress, overwelled and not having a panich attack. Usually, I have anxiety about going out and only image the worse, but this time I took the time to mentally prepare myself before stepping out. It feels nice to overcome my fear and I hope I will be able to do good next time too. Proud of myself!
