Hello. I am happy to have trained to become an active listener to be able to help people. I love hanging out with my dog, reading, exploring nature, and learning. Because I know it helps for some people to speak with people of a certain gender, I am female. As far as experience with mental health, I have had life long anxiety and depression and ADHD. I know how important it is to want someone just to listen and I hope I can provide that for others.
