I'm a mixed race millennial. I'm an avid rock climber. I love all things sci fi, fantasy, and anime. I have a long history of anxiety, depression, and self injury but I've had a boatload of therapy/meds and my mental health problems are mostly under control. I just moved to a new city/state for my husband's job and I'm looking for a new job myself. As often happens with big life changes, my depression is kicking up some dust. Joining 7cups is one of the ways I am trying to fight it.
