Hi, I'm Darren and I'm glad you've found 7 Cups of Tea. I've had a long battle with depression and panic and one of the few positives of it is the camaraderie there is among people with these issues. I love helping my "people" and I feel like just listening without judgement is one of the best ways to help. I have a wide range of experiences in my life which has made me able to get to know people of very diverse backgrounds and ages. I'd love to help you in your journey to overcome your limitations and be a real winner in life, whatever your definition of that is.
