I'm afraid my life has become very busy, and I'm not able to make it on here often. I'm happy to listen whenever I do make it on, but I won't be able to promise anything in the way of ongoing conversations.

My name is Rachel,and I'm glad you've found me here. I'm in my late 40's, and I've been through a lot in life, including chronic depression, with a few bouts of major depression. I know how to listen, I can offer support, and refer you to resources. If you are chatting with me, I promise I will be focused on our conversation, and will provide honest feedback. My areas of interest are depression, anxiety, and LGBTQ+ issues.
