Hello, I am a Mum, Youth, and Community worker, a 'Freedom Program' facilitator and an online English teacher. I enjoy the countryside, camping, going to the cinema and traveling. I have experience with both support groups and 1-1's. As a Youth worker, I planned, organized, and facilitated support groups around confidence building, self-esteem, bullying, managing emotions, DV, self-harm, sexual health, abuse, and addiction. I have 10 years of experience working with children and teenagers in this setting.
