Hi! I have been an active verified listener here for 8 years. In my experience here, I have learnt that we all get thoughts which make us feel we are not good enough, make us blame ourselves for things which are not actually our fault, and isolate. The stronger our trauma, the stronger these thoughts are. These thoughts keep us engulfed in our own pain and on how others hurt us, and often make us oblivious to how our actions affected others. I will help you in dealing with these thoughts, so that these thoughts dont affect your beliefs and your actions.
