...See more Hey all, I'm not entirely sure what this post is for other than to let it out. So today's one of those days, (they are becoming more frequent). & It's starting to impact on my day. I reached out to therapy again today & I'm back on the waiting list. In the meanwhile I'm trying to remember to take time to ground myself. Go not shut off and who know what else. I'm unsure what's going on right now, it comes in peaks and troughs, a few good days maybe even weeks then a solid couple of days of pure emptiness. I don't know whether it's because someone spooked me the other day which caught me totally off gaurd and made me feel vulnerable as a female lone working in a property where no one is supposed to enter. My in-laws questioning why sometimes I'll hug sometimes I won't and I've felt I should explain to them but then my family bar a couple don't even know. Thank you for listening all 🥰
