Hi! I am a student-athlete in Singapore. I have undergone trauma when I was younger and I know what it feels like to be hopeless and feel like there's no one to depend on. I want to help as many people by listening to their stories and helping them through their journey of healing. I want them to know that there is always going to be at least one person who will be there to look out for them, who will not judge them based on what they are going through or have went through. I want to be able to tell all those who are hurting that their feelings are valid and by seeking help, they are already the bravest and most courageous warriors in this world.
