...See more This is more serious than what others think. Mental health is the base of having a positive mind and a positive life. I know some people around me who do not realize the importance of mental health until they witness somebody who has an illness in it. Treat it. Get help. Call out. Everyones health and well being is important. Do not hesistate to seek for help. Mental illness has caused a lot of pain and torture to a LOT of people and my goal is to help those who are in need. Nobody will be left in the dark. Nobody will have to fight through this alone, because I know what it's like to feel that way. Sharing a simple thread about your opinions and thoughts on health,illness,diagnostics, etc, can already help others. So please, do not take your mental health for granted, it's more than important, it is an essential part of your life. Have a great day
