...See more Hi. I basically have a panic attack every day, especially at night. This has gotten so bad that I just cannot get comfortable enough to sleep until it’s completely bright outside. This has made it difficult for me, as during the day I am supposed to be a student, and most of my classes have deadlines somewhere in the middle of the day. I’ve done meditations, distractions, and breathing techniques but none of these seem to work. Anybody have any tips or techniques outside of the mainstream that have helped them in the past?

...See more Hey. I have two odd phobias: a phobia of certain textures and of space. The texture phobia in particular has been acting up. I watch TV now and see some sort of texture in the background like a certain carpet wall or substance and it distresses me and makes me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Anybody else have a similar thing?
