Hi! Having known the importance of mental health and emotional support mainly due to experiences I’ve dealt with, I would want to be there for someone to help them understand what I understood even by merely just listening and hoping to give them comfort, a lending ear, a virtual hug and most importantly, all that while maintaining the confidentiality. This is a safe space and you’re always loved no matter what <3
