Im interested into helping people with all kinds of things. Especially recently there are more and more people in need of mental support and I want to offer that. I´m here to listen and not to judge. I´m very open-minded and went through a lot myself❤️
So far, I completed 9 courses = introudction to active listening, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, loneliness, ADHD, bipolar, boundaries, eating disorders
I also finished "Introduction to Psychology" course from Yale University.
