Hello you beautiful world-changer! My name is Rey and I'm a verified teen active listener here at 7Cups. A little bit about me is that I currently run a mental health blog and am a volunteer teacher for a couple organizations since I love kids! I love organizing, listening to others, doing self-care activities, and doing random acts of kindness. Another fun fact is that I LOVE YOU! Yes, you! I'm here to support you in any way, shape, or form that you need and I'm here to be that compassionate ear and friend you need. I'm here to motivate you, guide you, support you, and so much more. 

When you talk to me, you will see that it's a pure non-judgemental space for you to share whatever's on your mind. Being someone who has had hardships and still currently struggles with anxiety, I know how desirable it is to just have that one friend; that one friend you know you can always count on.
