Ηello, I am a 42 year old female and live in Athens, Greece. I have had an interest in the subject of psychology since I was 18 and went on to study Psychology at undergraduate level. I have done a distant learning course on psychotherapy and a couple of online courses on clinical and social psychology and I am a keen learner of the subject. I was always an anxious person, struggle with social anxiety at times and have had panic attacks, so I am always looking for new ways of coping which I could perhaps share with you. Since I don't log on to 7cups at specific times, I have a couple of rules I follow to be more effective with members who want to chat live. I find it best if we arrange a specific day and time to chat. Greece is GMT+2 and we can take into account any time differences between us.
