...See more I've been doing this off and on for three years. My parents found out and are telling me to stop doing it for attention but that's not the reason and its not that easy. They keep saying they'll get me a therapist but they never do because they don't feel the need. I want to stop self harming but I honestly don't know how. My parents keep saying use your coping skills and yes while that works it sometimes doesnt ease the pain that i want it to ease. (edited by mary-kate to change methods to say "self-harm" 5/1/2021)
