Navigating depression and the workplace

...See more Hi everyone. I am new here, and very glad I found 7 Cups. So due to stressful home circumstamces - an unemployed partner, a failed attempt to immigrate to another country and being unable to find new accomodation due to my partner's unemployment, my depression and anxiety, which was under control, has gotten out of control. Obviously it's really difficult to act normal at work, my co-workers are aware of my condition, yet I am having problems. Emotionally I am spread so thin, and small issues do become a huge issue for me, or lets rather say that my reactions are intense. (by the way, I have tried talking calmly about the work issues before, but no one listened or did anything about it). Now I find out that I have basically been judged as selfish, moody, blaming others and having a bad attitude. I feel so alone and like an outsider at work now... I am busy organising a new place to work with a two good friends/past co-workers, who are also both more mature. (I currently work with females ten or more years younger than me) I feel like I need to work in a more nurturing environment right now. Has anyone else encountered this? One would think in this day and age people would be more understanding...
