Hi! I'm so glad you've found me on 7cups.com! I'm a trained active listener and I would love to help you in any way that I possibly can. I found this website because I needed help myself. Before this, I didn't feel as if I had a purpose in life. I have found my purpose. I am going to school to do Art/Recreational therapy with people who have suffered traumatic experiences, or have mental disorders. I've overcome a lot in life and I would love to have the chance to help others do the same for themselves. My coping skills are yoga and art. I love nature and I love to read. Please say hello!
