...See more A good way to manage trolls would be to store the IP address of the person in question somewhere, and every time someone gets muted by a mod it would store their IP. If the IP is listed more than a number (any number, i was thinking 4.) If they have their IP stored 4 times, they wouldn't be permitted on the site. The reason why this would help remove trolls is because when they get muted they usually just make a guest account and go right back in. This would help prevent that, because if the trolls get muted more than 4 times they wouldn't be allowed back into the website. I think that if this is in place it would help prevent a lot of unecessary harm caused by repeat trolls, and would help limit the amount of them around, making it overall safer for everyone.
