...See more Hello, I guess I suffer from depression and burn out. Im not diagnosed but fighting for about 15 years. Some days are better than others but I'm always exhausted. I'm in the process of getting a therapy but the search is tough. I'll have a first meeting at the end of August but they'll probably only have a place for therapy available from December. That still seems like ages and I hope I can pull through. My self esteem is at rock-bottom. It seems like I've reached nothing life and I lost hope that I ever will. So sometimes I think if it all still makes sense. I try to battle the bad thoughts with drawing and singing. Sometimes I drink too much and sometimes I try to numb myself with a bit of gambling. However, Nothing really seems to work.
