I've been diagnosed with PTSD, Bipolar disorder, anxiety, and depression. I take medication for some of these conditions. The rest I have to deal with on my own. Which is why I chose to join this site. It's hard to figure out on my own how to overcome some of the feelings I have associated with these conditions. Knowing I have a support system here has made me feel less ashamed and more inclined to seek help. I needed the reminder that I'm still normal. My conditions don't define who I am. I'm in control.
