I am a 48 year old neurodivergent Mom of a 22 year old on the Autism Spectrum. He lives with his father, who I still have a close relationship with. We are both co-parents and co-guardians. 

I live with multiple mental illnesses, a TBI, and chronic illness. My biggest challenge in my life is my memory. I need so much help, I live in assisted living. I live in Adult Foster Care due to my TBI, memory, and PTSD/emotional challenges. My caregiver family are wonderful people who care for me very much. 

I am an alcoholic in recovery. I've been sober for 15 years. 

I'm here to chat about mental health, and be there for other members with mental health challenges.
