Hello, my name is Rogue.
I decided to be a listener on 7cups because I believe that Everybody deserves to be heard in a safe and controlled environment. When you are chatting with me, you can expect to have non-judgmental support and care. I want to best understand what you are dealing with and how I can support you.
We are all human. We all make mistakes. That is life. We learn from those mistakes as we move forward.
Always remember that You are not alone. There are people who want to hear you, want to understand you, and want to support you.
A little bit about me: I have survived various struggles over my life. I have been in, and fled to safety from a domestic violence situation. I also have personal experiences with anxiety, panic, stress, financial struggles, medical/health problems and ADHD. I believe that every day is it's own battle, and the choices we make now affect our quality of life in the future. If we take baby steps now, we will be so far ahead in our healing journey later. Aiming to progress, even a little every day, is helpful to our overall wellbeing and benefit.
I consider myself to be Spiritual. I do lots of Bible Journaling, meditation/yoga practices, mindful breathing, etc. I believe in healing powers of nature and crystals. I believe that God is the Universe, and the Universe is God. Let me know if you want me to Pray for you!
I am usually on daily, throughout the weekdays. On the weekends, I am usually Inactive.
