Hi there :) I’m here simply to provide that helping hand, that shoulder to cry on. I’ve struggled with Anxiety, Depression, Family stress, loneliness, loss and Eating Disorders myself. I know that in moments of crisis there is no better person to talk to than someone who has been there and truly understands. I will, of course, keep everything we discuss between us, and you’ll be able to move on to your affairs the next day; physically unchanged, but emotionally rejuvenated.
