Breaking the cycle?

...See more My husband and I are crazy about each other and we click super well. Like we are best friends and can get along doing almost anything. We love the other immensely. Theres only one problem. We are stuck in a cycle and Im not sure how to get out. Hes incredibly sweet and sensitive, but not overly, the perfect amount. He tries so hard to help me with my anxiety and he has. Ive improved a lot and Im not anxious about a lot of what I used to be and I dont have panic attacks anymore. But I do still get anxious about stupid things. Mostly things that shouldnt hurt me but do and Im scared of him doing them and then whenever he isnt acting 100% like himself I get scared hes upset with me or hes going to leave me which causes my anxiety to flare which causes me to ask him questions which hurt/annoy him which leads to him being mad and pushing away a little bit which then scares me more and Im not sure how to end the cycle. He deserves better than my constant worry and I dont worry as much when we are good but I get triggered and scared about things and its rough. Its like the thoughts and fears wont get out of my head and I hate it. He used to be more understanding and more there but its just worn down overtime and hes doing better at not pushing away so badly (so grateful) but I need to learn to be better so I can help him be un-worn out and love freely.
