I really appreciate their time and effort! Rosa was extermely in that she valindated my experiences and acknowledges my problems instead of just dismissing them. Sometimes some listeners would provide you with suggestions even when you only want emotional support, but she was so nice and only offered them when I explicitly asked for suggestions!! She connected well with me and I appreciate her work!!
