...See more I don't remember when I started being scared of throwing up . I used to throw up in flights because of the worry of being sick. Ever since the quarantine started , I found it to even go out because of the worry of throwing up. This leads me to be sick even before I leave my home. My chest tightens when I get the news of going out. I don't really have a problem seeing others throw up though. I keep on making excuses in not going out for this fear. I don't have much problem when I ' m alone or I travel alone as I won't be embarrassed right. This is ruining my life. I'm so tensed to go out that it is really affecting me negatively. I can't enjoy the things I used to.
