I'm 25. Call me Rose. I am a certified Mental Health Support Specialist in my state. I work with people who typically have personality disorders, depression, schizophrenia, and PTSD. I myself suffer from anxiety and depression and have since I was a teenager, before learning about mental health and getting into the field. I want to listen and I want to help. I want everyone to know that no matter what they're going through - they are NOT alone. I know that sounds cheesy and oversaid, but it IS the truth.
I'm also a caffeine junkie that enjoys wasting time playing video games and cuddling with my cat (:
