I am basically a middle-aged cat lady. For several years I've been retired from the mental health field. In 2003 I graduated from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor's in psychology. That enabled me to work in the field of case management at multiple outpatient mental health facilities. I gained experience working with adults with multiple disabilities. During this time, I realized most of them just needed someone to listen. I did not pursue a masters therefore was not a psychologist, therapist or counselor. Personally I've had my own struggles and have received therapy myself. It is my hope to help other people going through their own struggles in some way. Without judgment.
