This person was extremely empathetic, and I was amazed by their ability to gently steer with thought provoking questions. They showed a deep understanding of healthy vs unhealthy behaviors. They took their time, and allowed me space/time to try to get my thoughts in order - especially since I was dealing with stress / mental blocks. I feel like the mixture of time & questions was perfect for helping me get to the root of the issue. Very very grateful I was able to chat with them, this helped me find a little bit of peace.
