I'm passionate about supporting people who are navigating challenging life circumstances and mental health struggles, as I have healed myself with the support of brilliant and empathetic humans who listened to my pain, and showed me different pathways over and over again. I'm in my mid-30s, I have a fulfilling and beautiful life, surrounded by love and peace, something I could have never imagined when I was at my lowest point. My mission is to make others feel seen and heard because I know how painful and lonely life is without that support.
